Wolf
The keeper of connection
Nature of the wolf
The wolf lives in families that stick together – they hunt, travel and rest together. After a long absence it has returned to the forests and the Alps. In many indigenous traditions it is regarded as a teacher and pathfinder who knows the trail before others see it. Its howl is not a lament, but a call: here I am – where are you?
Inner attitude
The wolf is alert and loyal. It knows when to lead and when to follow. It remains free without breaking away – connected without losing itself.
The essential qualities

Voice of the being
«Follow your voice – it leads you to your pack. Whoever dares their own call is heard.»
Encounter & working together
You meet the wolf on moonlit nights and at the edges of the forest. Sing or hum a note into the silence – and listen to what answers within you.
Pay attention to
- where you hold back your voice
- where you feel outside your pack
- where your instinct has long known the way
The wolf works when you are ready to be free and connected at the same time.
