Power Animals
our companions
Power animals accompany us. They are part of the living field that surrounds us and works through us – as naturally as the wind brushing through the grass.
We can connect with them when we are ready to listen. They do not impose themselves and expect nothing from us. They wait patiently at the edge of the forest until we become quiet enough to notice them.
The power animals remind us of qualities that have long been laid down within us: clarity, strength, vastness, grounding, courage, stillness. The eagle, circling high above everything and granting an overview. The bear, standing on the earth with heavy paws and teaching us to be at home in our body. The owl, seeing in the dark what remains hidden by day. The snake, shedding its old skin and guiding us through transitions.
When we connect with their power in spirit and consciously invite them, they show us the way. Not as a command, but as an inner orientation, like a compass needle gently pointing north.
Each animal being works in its own way. Some give an overview, others support or depth. Some accompany us through transitions, others teach us to stay in the body. And sometimes an animal appears that we would never have expected – and brings exactly what is missing right now.
The encounter happens quietly. In images, sensations or an inner knowing. Perhaps in a dream. Perhaps in a bird that unexpectedly settles on a branch very close to you. The quieter we become, the clearer their language.
They do not lead us away from ourselves. They lead us closer to what we truly are.
