Mucuna
The keeper of the joy of life
Nature of the plant
Mucuna is a vigorous climbing liana from the legume family. It winds its way high into the forest canopy, its leaves are divided into three. Its large, round seeds carry a dark band and resemble an eye. In Latin America it is therefore called «ox eye». It stands for life force winding upwards and for joy that comes from the earth.
Inner attitude
Mucuna is lively and determined. It seeks its way to the light, coil by coil. Its strength is warm and playful.
