Nature of the plant
Chacruna is a shrub of the rainforest understorey. It grows in half-shade, quiet and inconspicuous. Its leaves are oval, glossy and deep green. In the tradition it belongs to ayahuasca: the vine gives the strength, chacruna the light of the images, so it is said.
Inner attitude
Chacruna is modest. It does not push itself forward and yet gives clarity. It serves the whole.
